How do I get started?

Create your account and request our FREE pickup service to start. For the first order you can place your clothes in any bag you choose, and we’ll return your freshly cleaned clothes it in a reusable Wash & Fold bag making future orders easier.

How do I prepare my laundry?

You do not need to sort your laundry, that’s our job. We handle all preparation before the wash including sorting, checking pockets, and checking for stains. All you need to do is place your dirty clothes in a bag, we’ll handle the rest.

What kind of detergent do you use?

We use a “hypoallergenic” detergent that is free and clear of all dyes and fragrances.

How will I know the total cost?

We price by the bag size small, medium, and large so there’s no guessing at the price per lb. each time. Just fill the bag with what needs to be washed & folded and we’ll take care of it.

How do I know how much the bags will hold?

That’s a great question but, this does depend on the size of the washer. A typical washer handles about 12-18 lbs. of clothes. Our Small bag – Holds approx. 12-14 lbs., our Medium Bag – Holds approx. 20-25 lbs. and our Large Bag – Holds approx. 40-45 lbs.

Is there a minimum order size for Wash & Fold?

There is no minimum order size for your Wash & Fold order. We charge by the bag.

How and when will my laundry come back?

Your clothes come back neatly folded and hand-packaged in a plastic liner then placed inside our reusable wash and fold bags all folded and ready to immediately be put away on shelves or drawers.

If you brought your laundry into a store, we’ll have it ready in two-business days. If you used our free delivery service, we’ll bring it back to your home on your next scheduled route day.

What goes in the bag?

Wash & Fold laundry service covers anything you’d normally put in a machine. Think basic laundry – t-shirts, jeans, underwear, socks, sweatshirts, sheets, and towels. Anything that doesn’t require pressing.

No need to separate the darks from lights, that’s our job!

What is not considered Wash & Fold?

Things that you would want dry-cleaned or ironed/pressed are not Wash & Fold. Wool items, silk items, suits, most dresses, or your finer garments should not be put through Wash & Fold service.

Instead request a separate bag for those items and we can take care of that for you too!

Do my clothes get mixed with other orders?

No, never! Your clothes are always kept together and never mixed with other orders.

Can you wash by hand or hang dry?

We do offer delicate wash or hang dry service; this does require additional time and may result in additional cost. Please contact us for pricing.

What days do you pickup & deliver?

It is dependent on which days we are in your area. Once your account is set-up you will have scheduled service days. Just schedule your pickup, no need to be home.
